Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer

Due to growth and increased coverage of operations, we are looking for a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer to join the busy and diverse Engineering team.

The successful applicant will learn how to carry out installations, preventative maintenance and reactive repairs and will be trained to work directly with the customer and suppliers to achieve desired outcomes. Working with a small, dedicated team, full supervision will be given to ensure progression through the training program.
A full salary will be awarded on completion of initial training.
During initial training, pay will be at a competitive hourly rate.
Salaries are subject to annual review.
Applicants do not need any formal qualifications within the industry but must show: a willingness to learn all aspects of engineering and air conditioning; an aptitude for technical aspects of the role; commitment to working as part of a team and an understanding of the importance of customer service.
A current full UK driving licence is essential.
